@BCBrownell @BankofAmerica They pay $21 an hour minimum now. However, they use awful and worthless metrics to decide staffing and don’t actually want to hire people because it’s expensive.

@BofA_Help I’ve called 5x about CC push notifications not coming through on my phone and CC alerts history not showing up on my online banking sight. No one has helped me or sent me to tech to help me. This is frustrating and unacceptable.
