When I say the 1st product understand there are many uses in many areas, I would be all for taking one of the verticals say Medical and spinning off a third-party medical device company to fund medical sensors. Lightwave needs to focus on the modulator for now but they could provide the Perkinamine that entity to use.

Where it gets interesting is when ownership would be awarded to current shareholders, when I say current it is not provided to owners of shares that have lent them out so it is up to the short to locate and make them whole, but if it is a private company there is no market to buy those shares, therefore they would have to convince someone to sell them their shares with that attached dividend by the date set in the agreement. They know they can count on TH for 250k shares but that leaves 19,750,000 of those shares they need to pry from someone's hand.
